Main Hall

This is our largest and headline space:
light, airy and very flexible space.

At 170sqm and at over 5m tall in the centre, this room has been used as a Wedding Venue, Rehearsal Space, Film Location, for Floristry Workshops, Art Exhibition Space, for Photoshoots, and much more!

This is on the first floor, with wheelchair accessibility.

The hire of this space comes with the use of Ladies, Gents and Accessible Bathrooms and the Kitchen / Breakout Space

Kitchen

Right next to our Main Hall, we have the Kitchen / Break space for all of Burns Street Studios users.

Equipped with fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, microwave, crockery and cutlery, this is the perfect space you and other building users to take a break or heat up your lunch or for a casual meeting.

Catering to small creative businesses, our variety of spaces from 16sqm to 50sqm, the studios provide a brilliant business and creative space for your enterprise to grow and allow collaboration with the Burns Street Studios community.

Workshop

Taking up the whole of the ground floor, this is leased to Flux Laser & CNC Studio.

Providing CNC and Laser Cutting Services to the Creative Industries since 2012, they are handy neighbours to have when you need something cut!
